I type certain words and phrases - such as my mailing address, name and so forth - in all my emails. Is there any way I can get Outlook to insert this 'boilerplate' text for me?
You just have to tell Outlook Express 5.0 that an address or other boilerplate copy is a signature, and then it willl type it for you. To set this up, select Tools, Options, click the Signature tab, and then the New button. Enter the boilerplate text into the Text box, then click Rename and name your entry. Click ok. To insert the text into a message, select Insert, Signature and then the appropriate name.
